Why I Started Yoga

It’s no secret yoga is a growing industry in the UK, although no studies have been conducted about the UK yoga scene there has been a study in the US as discussed by Heather Mason from The Minded Institute which shows how quickly it’s spreading (yay!). It was partly the reason for this growing awareness in the UK I started to take notice of yoga and for a new job I started. Before I wouldn’t have said it was something I had ever truly thought about taking up – all I knew about yoga was the infamous downward dog pose!
